Available A leading medical device manufacturer is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with injection molding experience to join its manufacturing team in McHenry. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping a production environment running safely and efficiently. What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipmentSupport injection molding equipment and processesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtimeAssist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvementsRespond to production equipment breakdowns and quickly identify root causesMaintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment issues to the appropriate teamsFollow established safety, quality, and regulatory procedures within a medical-device manufacturing environmentWhat We're Looking ForHands-on injection molding experience is requiredPrevious maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needsExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment or medical-device industry is a plus Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
