As demand grows, we're looking for a skilled Technician or experienced Handyman who's comfortable working with tools, finishes, and in-home projects throughout the entire Chicagoland area. If you've done carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, trim work, or general handyman services, we're willing to train the right person in thermofoil refacing. What You'll Do Perform on-site cabinet refacing in residential kitchens Prep cabinet surfaces and apply laminate/thermofoil materials Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware Use hand tools and power tools (routers, trimmers, drills, etc.) Maintain a clean, professional workspace in customers' homes Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members What We're Looking For Experience in handyman work, carpentry, cabinetry, or similar trades Comfortable using basic power tools and measuring accurately Detail-oriented and takes pride in clean, finished work Able to work independently and problem-solve on-site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in residential environments Bilingual is a plus No direct cabinet refacing experience?
