• 4:00pm Specialty Chemical Manufacturer We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an established Specialty Chemical Manufacturer in West Chicago, IL.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business, taking ownership of maintenance activities across production equipment and facility systems while supporting reliability, safety and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead and oversee maintenance activities for production equipment, facility systems and plant grounds Schedule and prioritize daily maintenance work orders to support production Coordinate reactive repairs and minimize equipment downtime Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and mechanical building systems Coordinate outside contractors and facility improvement projects Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance supplies and tool crib organization Support general facility maintenance including building repairs, painting and grounds maintenance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures What We're Looking For Associate's Degree or 5-10 years' maintenance leadership or maintenance management experience Previous experience supervising maintenance personnel Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills within manufacturing Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs Knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems Welding and fabrication experience Apply Click Apply or contact Mark Watton on 773-747-7676 or email
