Job Description

Dynomax Inc., a precision manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, molding presses, and other production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and product quality. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, support new equipment installations, and keep accurate maintenance records. Working on-site with modern equipment and a skilled team, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, safety, and reliability in a high-tech, clean manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, molding presses, and production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Inspect, test, and calibrate equipment to meet aerospace and defense quality standards Document maintenance activities and update CMMS records accurately Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to improve equipment reliability Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and 5 S/lean practices Assist with installation, setup, and alignment of new or upgraded machinery Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities for equipment performance Required Skills Preventive and corrective maintenance CNC machine troubleshooting Mechanical repair Electrical systems and controls Hydraulics and pneumatics Reading technical drawings and schematics Industrial automation basics (PLCs, sensors) Root cause analysis CMMS usage and documentation Safety practices and lockout/tagout
