Personal Care Aide | $1,300 Sign on Bonus | Facility Based Care Make a Difference for Seniors Who Need You Most Elara Caring is hiring Personal Care Aides to support residents at a senior living and memory care community in the Arlington Heights, Illinois area. This assignment offers the consistency of working at one community-based location while providing compassionate, person-centered care. Specific worksite details will be shared with qualified candidates during the hiring process. Pay and Benefits $18.75-$19.75 for morning shifts $19.00-$20.00 for evening shifts. $1,300 sign-on bonus, subject to eligibility requirements Daily pay available Paid training and ongoing support Flexible scheduling based on availability and community needs Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) match Career growth opportunities What You'll Do Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and walking Provide meal preparation, reminders, and feeding assistance Offer companionship, reassurance, and memory care support Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment Follow individualized care plans Observe and report changes in condition or behavior Communicate with Elara Caring staff, community staff, families, nurses, and other care partners What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, dependable, and observant Comfortable supporting seniors, including individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease Able to work effectively as part of a care team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation to the Arlington Heights area Ability to stand, bend, lift, reposition, and assist residents, including lifting up to 50 pounds Caregiving experience preferred; professional or personal experience may be considered High school diploma or GED preferred Join a team where your care and dedication can make a meaningful difference.
