Industrial Maintenance TechnicianPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience working with industrial machinery, automated equipment, pumps, motors, and production systems. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, completing preventive maintenance, and helping minimize production downtime. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and mechanical equipment Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial pumps and motors Perform motor replacement, motor troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs Troubleshoot and repair pumps, including seals, bearings, couplings, and related components Diagnose and repair issues involving gearboxes, conveyors, and other industrial machinery Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems Service and maintain packaging and production equipment , including fillers, Serac fillers, palletizers, and related machinery Quickly diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs to minimize production downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals Replace worn, damaged, or defective components Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on production equipment, pumps, motors, and machinery Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance activities Qualifications Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, or similar role Experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining pumps and motors Experience with PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment Familiarity with pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and packaging equipment Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment failures Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns Commitment to workplace safety and quality Preferred Experience Experience with Serac fillers, palletizers, and packaging systems PLC troubleshooting and controls experience Industrial electrical systems and motor controls Pump and motor repair Preventive and predictive maintenance Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Schedule Part-time Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Day shift starting at 6:00 AM Approximately 24 hours per week Additional hours may be available based on production needs Compensation $30-$38 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician who can diagnose equipment problems, repair pumps and motors, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and get production equipment back into operation safely and efficiently . Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a manufacturing environment and have a strong understanding of industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
