Job Description

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Wheeling, IL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems Work with pumps, motors, gear boxes, PLCs, and production equipment Diagnose machine failures and equipment issues Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics Replace worn or damaged components Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs Work independently and as part of a team to support production operations

Requirements:

Previous verifiable experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics Strong problem-solving skills Good attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team Willingness to work night shifts is preferred Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
