Maintenance Technician (Auburn, IN) Nationwide Technical Search Auburn, IN Job Details Full-time $28 - $33 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Benefits from day one Qualifications Manufacturing plant facilities maintenance experience High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Maintenance Technician (Day Shift) Auburn, IN Onsite, Permanent/Direct Hire, Full Benefits (Day 1) Day Shift (12-hour 3-2-2 schedule) $28-33/hour
Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's Degree in a maintenance or technical field preferred) .
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Industrial Maintenance.
Schedule:
Ability to work a 12-hour shift on a rotating 3-2-2 schedule.
Essential Job Functions Equipment & Facility Repair:
Safely, timely, and professionally repair all types of equipment and facilities.
Troubleshooting:
Isolate causes of defective equipment and perform necessary repairs.
Inspections & PMs:
Complete daily walkthrough inspections, as well as run-time and downtime PMs on equipment in assigned areas.
Directives & Tracking:
Follow shift supervisor instructions and track time via work order completion.
Process Support:
Assist with troubleshooting production process issues as needed.
Safety & Compliance:
Work with a safety-first mindset while adhering to all LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies.
Communication & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean work area, update team/supervision on maintenance status (verbally and written), and respond promptly to internal and external needs.
