1.1. Maintains logs and records of work performed and materials and equipment used. 1.2. Assists with physical structures, plumbing, electrical systems, repairs and maintenance of machinery/equipment. 1.3. Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services. 1.4. Install light bulbs, doors, cabinets, paneling, formica, carpet, and bulletin boards. 1.5. Paint interior and exterior walls and cabinets; hang wallpaper and pictures; assemble furniture. 1.6. Replace washers, faucets and seals on malfunctioning plumbing equipment; repair leaky faucets and clean clogged drains; install and repair sprinklers. 1.7. Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments. 1.8. May assist in stocking, unloading and delivery of supplies. 1.9. Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks in areas within sixteen feet of buildings using hand-operated tools or small power equipment. 1.10. Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis. 1.11. Perform all other duties as assigned.
