In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC & refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances, HVAC units, and mechanical components following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, kitchen appliances, and other mechanical equipment with precision and efficiency. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls or equipment transportation as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational transparency. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance installation and maintenance. Familiarity with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and related technology. Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in a commercial or industrial environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Construction experience or background in mechanical systems is a plus. Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and problem-solving under pressure.
