Job Description

Our company is here to deliver our clients the most comprehensive beneficial medical detoxification services available. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to oversee the mechanical, electrical and overall maintenance of the facility building and grounds. We also provide the tools while on shift.
Shift:
Part-Time, Saturday & Sunday 4-8 hour shifts
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
1. Responsible for the day to day mechanical, electrical and overall maintenance of the facility and grounds. 2. Respond to, and resolve problems or complaints raised by Facility Manager or any other member of management in a timely and professional manner. Follow up correspondence if required. 3. Responsible for periodic maintenance, servicing and inspection of all equipment including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, pumps, etc. to ensure all are in good operating order. 4. Assist the Facility Manager to coordinate/manage all sub-contractors as needed. 5. Assist the Facility Manager to ensure the building is in compliance with all the safety systems and code enforcement as required. 6. Report all maintenance issues to the Facility Manager. 7. Maintain complete confidentiality on behalf of the clients. 8. Any other duties as instructed by management. 9. Acquire and maintain all CEU, CPR, trainings, etc. as required by DCF and JCAHO.'
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
