Job Description

Company Overview Emmert Property Management is dedicated to providing Brazil and the surrounding areas with quality, upscale rental properties. Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Emmert Property Management. This role is a full time, hourly position working Monday through Friday with occasional work after hours as needed. Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative home maintenance tasks, ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems as needed. Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance related inquires promptly. Ability to work independently. Requirements 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to perform repairs safely. Customer service experience is beneficial. Pay:
$23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
