Job Description - Floor Technician Clear Image Cleaning Service is now hiring a part-time cleaner in Bristol, IN! Clear Image Cleaning Service is a commercial cleaning business. We pride ourselves in excellence and diligence. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, reliable employees to join our team!
Position Overview:
The Floor Technician is responsible for completing specialty floor care services in our wide variety of customer accounts. The primary goal of this position is to provide quality services to each customer account and perform to the level of expectation of Clear Image Cleaning Service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
(include, but are not limited to, the following) Clean and maintain facility conditions in each assigned account, including sweeping and mopping, and the operation of floor care machinery such as a floor scrubber, buffer, and burnisher, and to perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of floor care equipment.Minimum Qualifications:
- Driver's License
- HS Diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs when needed
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation
