Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman/Laborer to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across residential and apartment properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills, technical knowledge, and customer service abilities in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality. Duties Drywall Repair Painting Services Light Fixture Replacement/ Ceiling Fan Install Door Painting & Hanging TV Mounting Toilet Replacement Various other maintenance & repair tasks Skills Drywall Patch & Repair Experience Preferred Painting Experience Preferred Customer Service Skills General Maintenance Knowledge & Skills Flexible Minor Technical Skills (Utilizing our CRM Software, Jobber) Willingness to grow and learn Efficiency This is an opportunity to bring someone in who can be flexible with us in the beginning.
