Pay Range $23.07 - $34.84 per hour Pay based on experience, electrical troubleshooting ability, and PLC knowledge. Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and auxiliary systems Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues Assist with maintaining molding machines and related equipment Support facility and building maintenance as needed Assist with mold maintenance and repair Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Support production start-ups and equipment changeovers Maintain a safe and clean work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures QualificationsRequired Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to read and follow technical instructions Strong attendance and teamwork skills Preferred PLC troubleshooting experience Injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience Robotics experience Blueprint reading experience Technical degree or maintenance certifications Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Benefits Competitive wages Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation Overtime opportunities Training and advancement opportunities Stable, team-oriented work environment About DeKALB Molded Plastics DeKALB Molded Plastics is a custom structural foam molder specializing in large multi-nozzle plastic products.
