Pay Range:

$20.00 per hour Join Our Team at Yellowwood Terrace Yellowwood Terrace, a community managed by RHF, is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair functions throughout the community, including general building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and custodial duties. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment Troubleshoot and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain the property's appearance through custodial and groundskeeping duties Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns Assist with apartment turns and preparation of vacant units Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety standards Qualifications Experience in general building maintenance required Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Paid holidays Paid vacation time Stable work environment with a respected affordable housing organization Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successfully passing all required criminal background checks.
