Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in maintaining and troubleshooting complex machinery within a manufacturing environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency through proactive maintenance and rapid response to issues. Duties Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters Conduct equipment repairs involving welding (stick welding), electrical diagnostics, and mechanical adjustments Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management Read electrical blueprints and schematics to diagnose system faults accurately Operate industrial lifts such as scissor lifts safely for equipment access or repairs Maintain safety standards by inspecting machinery and ensuring compliance with industry regulations Requirements Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, electrical systems, and low-voltage wiring Skilled in mechanical repair techniques including welding (stick welding), precision measuring instruments, and troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and engineering troubleshooting methods Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals effectively Knowledge of HVAC/R systems is a plus for maintaining climate control equipment Valid certification or experience operating scissor lifts and other industrial equipment Strong analysis skills with customer service orientation for internal support teams Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining top-tier manufacturing operations through expert maintenance practices.
