Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 2:
Location:
We have 2 locations in
Crawfordsville:
North Plant at 1009 Sloan St. South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for both locations.
Working Hours :
8 and 12 hour fixed and rotating shifts
Hourly Wage :
$26.85 - $33.25 an hour with a $ .50 shift differential for 2 nd & 3rd shifts.

Uniforms Provided Relocation assistance As an Industrial Maintenance employee, you will: Work in a way that always keeps you and your co-workers safe. Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment. Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines. Manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment. Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions. Learn directly alongside senior technicians to develop advanced skills across mechanical, electrical, and machining disciplines.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an industrial setting (or a strong foundational background with a demonstrated drive to train in advanced trade specialties) Ability to lift and carry 20-60 pounds Ability to read diagrams, manuals and specifications
