Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems to identify dust buildup, mold, debris, and other contaminants Perform cleaning procedures using specialized equipment such as rotary brushes, vacuum systems, and chemical agents Handle chemical cleaning agents safely and in accordance with safety protocols to ensure effective duct sanitation Utilize manual handling techniques to lift, move, and position equipment or materials necessary for cleaning tasks Apply floor scrubbing and floor cleaning chemicals to maintain cleanliness in work areas and client sites Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction Maintain detailed records of work performed, including before-and-after photos and service reports Skills Perform professional air duct, vent, and dryer vent cleaning in customers' homes (and light commercial when needed) Operate cleaning equipment — negative-air machines, agitation tools, vacuums, and inspection cameras Inspect HVAC systems, spot issues, and clearly explain your findings to homeowners Educate customers on indoor air quality and recommend the right solutions for their home Protect customer property, keep job sites spotless, and leave every home better than you found it Document your work with photos and notes (before-and-afters are our best marketing) Represent the Brackett name like it's your own — because your reputation rides with it Join us if you're eager to make a tangible difference in indoor environments through expert duct cleaning! Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
