$1000!!!!!! The Maintenance Technician is part of a team that is responsible for making sure all of our facilities are well maintained. This includes preventative maintenance tasks, as well as, responding to urgent requests. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, Day-time hours. This job role also requires a rotating on-call schedule.Must be:
Resourceful! Hard Working! Great at applying common sense solutions to keep things looking sharp! Possess a "No Job is Too Big or Too Small" attitude! Willing to learn! Prior experience in basic tasks like painting, simple plumbing, lawn and landscape maintenance, etc. is a plus!Qualifications:
Required:
You must be at least 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma/GED A valid driver's license & proof of car insurance. Excellent communication skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
