Fort Wayne:

the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location). As a Maintenance Technician at the hotels, your general responsibilities will be to perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed, execute, maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program as well as monitoring work orders effectively utilizing the Quore program. You will also complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively, maintain property grounds and curb appeal, monitor and maintain pool/spa maintenance and related pool equipment assuring pool/spa meets state board of health standards, and respond to guest inquiries during shift regarding maintenance issues with guest room and/or public meeting space-including electrical, plumbing, key lock systems, HVAC issues. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of hotel maintenance experience, experience in pool maintenance, the ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations, the ability to make fast and sound decisions, have desire to reach perfection, the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos, be able to be readily available on an on-call basis as needed, and be available to work weekends if needed.
