• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing broken locks and patching wall gaps
• Inspect control panels and electrical wiring for any issues
• Install appliances and equipment as needed
• Maintain hotel grounds, including mowing lawns and collecting trash
• Replace light bulbs and carry out routine preventative maintenance tasks
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems, including ventilation units
• Ensure the proper functioning of safety systems, such as fire alarms
• Collaborate with coworkers and professionals on renovation projects
