Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of building equipment such as heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, this role involves maintaining grounds and providing general cleaning services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform electrical repairs. Perform plumbing repairs. Conduct painting and carpentry tasks. Perform HVAC maintenance and repair. Carry out preventive maintenance duties. Possess knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to work flexible hours. Must have own tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Truck Country® /
