The Position We are seeking a hardworking, qualified candidate who is willing to join our team. The maintenance position will be responsible for all maintaining all existing and installation of new machinery, equipment, and maintaining of the building. This position will work as a team with the other maintenance technicians as well as all other employees. This position will be first shift with scheduled weekend and overtime work Responsibilities Ability to read and understand blueprints. Install new and replacement of electrical, mechanical, and production equipment. Perform preventive maintenance tasks and maintain proper documentation. Working with hydraulics, electrical, and compressed air systems. Will perform daily wastewater monitoring and cleaning tasks. Able to climb ladders and lift up to 60lbs. Able to drive and obtain a forklift license. Must have a good understanding of OSHA rules and regulations. Overtime and weekend work is required. Must exhibit excellent work habits and work as a team member plant wide. Must follow all food safety rules and regulations at all times. Ability to properly operate hand tools, power tools, torches, and welders. Must perform organization and cleaning tasks to keep a clean work environment. Preferred Experience and Skills Working knowledge of high pressure boilers and steam systems is a plus. Working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. Wastewater pretreatment experience is a plus. Soap manufacturing experience is a plus.
