Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of building systems and equipment to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your skills will help uphold our standard of facility excellence, ensuring all aspects of building and facilities equipment are functioning optimally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic hospitality setting while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facilities equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks completed and pending repair. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, providing excellent customer service by addressing issues with professionalism and urgency. Requirements Experience in facilities maintenance or hotel maintenance roles with a strong background in mechanical knowledge will definitely make you stand out from the rest. Knowledge of PTAC systems and repair is a PLUS Excellent communication skills in English with a customer service-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will posses excellent time management skills, be able to think "outside the box" and work well independently as well as within a team environment. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces safely.
