Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to work at our Lawrenceburg, Indiana property. Our apartment community, Concord Square Apartments, is located at 114 Concord Square Drive Lawrenceburg, Indiana 47025. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance and repair services. Daily tasks typically include plumbing repairs, general carpentry, painting, electrical, appliance repair, appliance removal and installation, light HVAC, outdoor building maintenance, and inventory control. You will need to work closely with and communicate regularly with the Property Manager to complete projects in a timely matter.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

High School/GED or Trade School diploma required with experience in residential property maintenance or a related field. Must live local to respond to emergency situations during nights/weekends. Promote good public relations and customer service with residents, contractors, other employees, and management by displaying a courteous and professional attitude. Prepare apartments at turnovers. Respond to tenants' repair requests while communicating with management. Routinely inspect work areas and the exterior of the property. Complete needed repairs and preventative maintenance within company standards. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Business Hours:

8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Monday - Friday Pay is dependent on experience. Mandatory probationary period of 90 days for all new employees.
