You will leverage your technical expertise to drive proactive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and enhance overall facility performance. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan and reliability of critical machinery. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical malfunctions to restore production efficiency. Perform rigorous system inspections to uphold safety compliance and operational excellence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline maintenance workflows and project execution. Document maintenance logs and repair histories to support data-driven asset management. Mentor junior team members on best practices for equipment upkeep and safety protocols. Provide rapid response support for urgent maintenance needs to ensure continuous facility operations. Required Skills Demonstrated expertise in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Advanced proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair methodologies. Proven ability to design and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Strong analytical skills for mechanical and electrical fault detection. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Skills Relevant technical certifications or vocational training. Experience with facility management software or digital tracking tools. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
