We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Air Duct Cleaning Team. About the Role As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you'll clean residential and commercial HVAC systems and dryer vents using professional-grade equipment while delivering excellent customer service. This role also includes educating customers on indoor air quality and recommending additional services or products that improve HVAC performance and home safety. Compensation & Commission Opportunities Along with competitive base pay, technicians can earn additional commissions through:

• Upselling indoor air quality products
• Recommending dryer vent accessories and restoration services
• Selling additional AmeriClean services What You'll Do
• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning services
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools
• Educate customers and recommend additional services
• Maintain professional appearance and service quality
• Complete daily reports and maintain equipment Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
