https://www.imagefirst.com/company/ Responsibilities & Qualifications Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician that possesses critical thinking, well rounded in industrial maintenance or strong mechanical background troubleshooting skills to join our team!
Shift:
Monday-Friday (weekends as needed) 3:00pm -11:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery Program, troubleshoot ladder logic controllers Complete daily maintenance and repair logs Communication with Production Associates and Management Maintain and secure provided work tools Clean and maintain work area Follow all safety procedures Provide training as requested Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing or processing environment. Well versed, rounded with hands-on, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Single and three-phase Electrical systems (up to 600 volts) Control voltages (12 - 24 vdc, 120 volts) Mechanical systems Hydraulic & pneumatic systems Plumbing Carpentry HVAC Welding Piping systems PLC programming Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots
