If so, Ziker Cleaners is looking for an experienced Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This isn't a desk job. Every day brings something different—from troubleshooting industrial equipment to maintaining our production facility and retail locations. If you're dependable, mechanically skilled, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! You'll play a vital role in keeping our facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently by: Diagnosing and repairing industrial washers, dryers, presses, boilers, conveyors, and production equipment Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility issues Completing building repairs including lighting, doors, drywall, painting, locks, and general maintenance Supporting multiple Ziker Cleaners retail stores, production facilities, and office locations Coordinating with outside contractors and service vendors when necessary Responding quickly to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests Maintaining accurate maintenance records and preventative maintenance schedules Following OSHA safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency We're looking for someone who is: Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills Dependable and self-motivated Able to work independently with minimal supervision Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks A strong communicator with a positive attitude Committed to quality workmanship Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Holds a valid driver's license with a good driving record Experience in one or more of the following: Industrial maintenance Manufacturing maintenance Facilities maintenance Mechanical repair Electrical troubleshooting Plumbing HVAC Welding Boiler systems Preventative maintenance programs Multi-site building or equipment maintenance
