As a Garage Door Technician with Overhead Door Company of South Bend/Mishawaka, you'll have the opportunity to earn $75,000-$120,000+ annually through a commission-based compensation structure . Your income is directly tied to your performance , giving you the ability to increase your earnings by delivering exceptional service, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right solutions. In this role, you'll service, repair, and install garage door systems while helping homeowners make informed decisions that improve the safety, reliability, and functionality of their homes. Core Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential garage door and opener systems. Educate customers on repair, replacement, and upgrade options while providing exceptional service. Perform garage door and opener installations according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Manage daily service calls, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely completion of work orders. Represent the company professionally while building trust and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
