Job Description

Job Summary The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This position supports daily operations by identifying maintenance needs, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Duties Perform general building maintenance, including basic repairs, upkeep, and facility inspections Assist with equipment maintenance to help ensure machinery and tools remain safe and operational Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks as assigned and maintain required documented PM entries Help load trucks safely and efficiently Support material handling and movement throughout the facility Manage daily trash hopper responsibilities, including monitoring, emptying, and maintaining cleanliness around disposal areas Perform general handyman-type tasks, including minor repairs, adjustments, installations, and facility improvements Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs to management -Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with other facility and operations tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of maintenance experience, facility support, warehouse operations, or a related field is a plus Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair work preferred Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials Strong attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn and assist in multiple areas as needed Join us as a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities running smoothly while advancing your technical expertise! Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
