IN CHARGE OF DOCK MAINTENANCE AT MORSE MARINA.

Responsible for daily maintenance and long-term upkeep of several hundred boat slips and the overall waterfront environment.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have a proven track record demonstrating a willingness to learn, an ability to get along with coworkers and customers, and flexibility to deal with changing priorities. Attention to detail and a desire for quality workmanship are a must. Demonstrated skills in being resourceful and solving problems in a construction environment desired. Experience with a marina environment, while valuable, is not required. Driver's License required. Electrical

• experience with general electrical, especially connections in exterior environments. Carpentry/Construction
• general carpentry work, especially installing exterior lumber, such as deck boards. Light Mechanical
• experience with connecting and reinforcing metal framing, lift systems, hoists, and air pumps.

Light plumbing for restroom repairs.
