Maintenance Technician M2 Communities Noblesville, IN Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Landscape maintenance Equipment repair Residential painting Appliance repair Woodworking Full Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe, clean, and well-maintained condition of apartment units and common areas. Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from tenants and management. Turn over and prepare vacant units for new tenants (painting, cleaning, basic repairs). Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash removal, snow removal, and landscaping as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Assist with emergency maintenance calls after hours as needed (on-call rotation). Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment service logs. Communicate effectively with tenants and management.
