Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, machinery, and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action for repairs
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Quore)
• Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
• Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
