Kings Mill is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings professionalism, energy, and a driven, take-initiative mindset that sets you apart. What You'll Do No two days are the same and that's exactly how you like it. You'll be responsible for: Completing service requests with efficiency and care Preparing apartments (make-readies, punch work, and detail finishing) Maintaining attractive and safe apartment grounds Performing general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction Handling large-scale projects when needed Keeping our community clean with debris removal and upkeep What You Bring A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail Solid communication skills (both verbal and written) At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience Ability to work Monday-Friday, with weekend availability Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional holidays HVAC and CPO certifications required Why You'll Love It Here At Pedcor Homes, your role goes beyond repairs, you're part of a team committed to quality, integrity, and building stronger communities every day.
