This is a unique opportunity to work across both our North Manchester and Fort Wayne campuses, spending approximately three days each week in North Manchester and two days in Fort Wayne. You'll help maintain the environments where students learn, faculty teach, and our university community thrives. Responsibilities include building maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, facility improvements, and special projects across both campuses. What You'll Do Maintain and repair university buildings, equipment, and systems Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance work Complete preventive maintenance and identify issues before they become costly repairs Assist with construction, remodeling, and improvement projects Support campus events and facility operations Work independently while collaborating with faculty, staff, students, and contractors Help create safe, welcoming, and functional campus environments Travel regularly between our North Manchester and Fort Wayne campuses You're Probably a Great Fit If You...
