Job:

1. Set up, maintain, and change over a co-extrusion blow molding machine 2. Verify operational parameters of machine 3. Trouble shoot blow molding machine 4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment around the presses. 5. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all aspects of robot downline equipment and materials for the production line 6. Documentation of line operation and operational parameters 7. Complete proper paperwork accurately 8. Adjustment of plastic welding operation to maintain acceptable weld quality 9. Maintain a clean and safe working environment around the presses. 10. All other duties as assigned by

Supervisor Training, Knowledge and Experience:

1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. PLC (Siemens) is a plus 3. Job:

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
