Maintenance Technician Pierceton, IN 2nd Shift $33.00 - $37.00 per hour + Shift Differential Industrial Manufacturing We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an established industrial manufacturer in Pierceton, IN. This is a hands-on role troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment, supporting preventative maintenance and improving equipment reliability and uptime. What You'll Do Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production equipment Diagnose 480V electrical systems, motors and control systems Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and equipment repairs Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC-controlled equipment Diagnose CNC and die casting equipment issues Use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 5+ years' industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills 480V electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment Strong preventative and reactive maintenance experience Allen Bradley PLC, CNC or die casting experience is advantageous Apply Click Apply or contact: Sean Mooney 215-999-6430 sean.mooney@axionrecruitment.com
