Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime; document causes and corrective actions. Repair or replace worn parts and components to keep machinery within spec. Set up equipment on production lines to meet product and safety requirements. Execute preventive maintenance tasks to improve reliability and throughput. Support production schedules by responding rapidly to maintenance requests. Participate in machine and maintenance training sessions. Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives. What you bring 1-2 years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and plumbing systems Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and repair production equipment Comfortable using manual and pneumatic hand tools Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and reach above shoulder level Organized communicator who can track downtime and repairs High school diploma or equivalent required Relevant certifications a plus How to apply Apply in person Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
