A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking Process Maintenance Technicians to join its growing production facility in Seymour, Indiana.   • 3:00 PM Seeking candidates with 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience strongly preferred 2nd Shift Monday

  • 11:00 PM Open to candidates with slightly less experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required Manufacturing backgrounds such as automotive may be considered if they possess advanced maintenance expertise Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience:

Position Overview The Process Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment used in pharmaceutical production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment issues Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repairs Complete equipment setups, adjustments, and tool changes Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability Maintain detailed maintenance documentation and records Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance shutdown activities Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency Follow all GMP, safety, and quality requirements Qualifications Required Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude Electrical troubleshooting experience with production machinery Experience diagnosing and repairing equipment failures Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Preferred Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience Process manufacturing experience Experience working in GMP-regulated environments Familiarity with oral solid dose manufacturing equipment Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies What Makes This Opportunity Attractive?
