In this role, you'll perform routine facility inspections, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on fixtures, equipment, and building systems. Responsibilities include minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, responding to maintenance tickets, and coordinating with vendors when needed. You'll help ensure clean, safe sales floors, backrooms, and exterior areas, following safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of store facilities, equipment, and building systems Complete basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and fixtures as assigned Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules and checklists Respond to maintenance tickets and urgent repair requests promptly Maintain clean, safe sales floors, backrooms, and exterior areas Work with outside vendors and technicians when specialized service is required Follow all safety, OSHA, and company compliance standards and procedures Document maintenance work, parts usage, and issues in maintenance logs Communicate facility issues to supervisors and suggest preventive solutions Support retail operations by minimizing equipment and facility downtime Required Skills General building maintenance Basic plumbing repair Basic electrical troubleshooting Carpentry and fixture repair Preventive maintenance scheduling Use of hand and power tools Reading maintenance work orders Safety and OSHA compliance Vendor coordination Recordkeeping and maintenance logging
