The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall condition of the facility's physical environment. This role performs a variety of semi-skilled maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Role:
Breckenridge Commons is seeking a Maintenance Technician to- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance. Handle basic repairs and maintenance. Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them. Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
About you:
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience: Proven maintenance experience. Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. Ability to check repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. Experience performing routine maintenance. Strong organizational and follow up skills. Eye for detail. Professional presentation and attitude. Ability to maintain focus while working individually. Strong time management skills.
