Job Description

ATTC Manufacturing seeks a Maintenance Technician to support high-volume automotive parts production in our Indiana facility. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, conveyors, automation cells, and plant support systems to maximize uptime and product quality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; performing root-cause analysis; and documenting all work. You'll collaborate closely with production and engineering, follow strict safety and 5S standards, and help drive continuous improvement in reliability, efficiency, and lean manufacturing practices. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, automation cells, and plant systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service and parts records. Collaborate with production and engineering to prioritize repairs and equipment improvements. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and 5 S standards. Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new or upgraded equipment. Assist with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of equipment reliability. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce failures. Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in an organized, safe condition.
