• What You'll Do
• + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V (single & three-phase) + Diagnose and fix mechanical issues (bearings, belts, gears, shafts) + Assist with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) + Work with pneumatic systems and use meters for diagnostics + Help build, install, and wire new equipment + Assist with control panel wiring and assembly + Support general facility maintenance as needed + Keep work areas clean and safe •What We're Looking For•+ Entry-level to 1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing experience + Willingness to learn and be trained + Ability to read basic schematics (or willingness to learn) + Comfortable using hand tools •Nice to Have•+ Trade school or technical training + Experience with 480V, conduit, or relay logic + Basic welding (MIG, Stick, or Arc •Why Apply•+ •Company willing to train and develop your skills•+ Overtime available (1.
