As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the safety, reliability, and performance of our manufacturing operation. By keeping equipment operating effectively and reducing unplanned downtime, your work will directly contribute to our production success. You will diagnose equipment concerns, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with facility and equipment improvements. This position provides hands-on experience with a broad range of industrial systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated, and PLC-controlled equipment. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys investigating technical problems, developing effective solutions, and taking ownership of equipment performance.A Typical Day Might Include:
Your day may begin with reviewing current maintenance needs, evaluating equipment conditions, and preparing for scheduled preventive maintenance assignments. Throughout the shift, you will respond to equipment interruptions, identify the cause of mechanical or electrical problems, and complete repairs to help production resume safely and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with production employees, identify ways to strengthen equipment reliability, and participate in projects that improve safety, productivity, and overall performance. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment dependability Identify and correct issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems Provide support with PLC and computer-based diagnostics when necessary Review and understand blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and related documentation Comply with all safety requirements, including OSHA regulations, Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures, PPE standards, and Arc Flash protocols Support the operation and upkeep of facility utilities and essential building systems Enter complete and accurate maintenance records into the CMMS Collaborate with production employees to address equipment concerns promptly Assist with root cause investigations and continuous improvement efforts Suggest solutions that enhance equipment efficiency, performance, and long-term reliabilityWhat You'll Be Working On:

2- 3 years of qualified maintenance experience Education
- 2-year degree from a technical or trade school High School Diploma or Equivalency
