Group Leader, Facilities Maintenance - Crew E Position SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Group Leader, Facilities Maintenance to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing facility during the Crew E shift. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production objectives, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. What You'll DoLead and supervise the facilities and maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to minimize downtime and support manufacturing goals.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory levels, and procurement of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Oversee critical facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
Mentor, coach, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, inspections, and repair documentation through CMMS systems.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and facility performance.
What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of facilities maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building systems.
Training or certification in maintenance reliability, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience managing facility improvement projects and contractor relationships.
CompensationThe expected annual base salary range for this position is $108,877 - $163,316. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geographic location, and overall business needs.
