A prominent manufacturing facility in Waterloo, IN, is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to support their operations team.

Compensation:

$34 to $37 per hour.

Schedule:

2nd or 3rd shift availability.

Core Duties:

Execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks on facility assets and production lines. Resolve technical issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical frameworks. Identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions to help maximize operational uptime. Ensure the reliability of motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and automated systems through regular upkeep. Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams to guide repair processes. Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various machinery. Document all service activities and manage work orders within the CMMS platform. Contribute to equipment enhancements and process improvement projects to drive team efficiency.

Requirements:

Possession of a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those holding vocational credentials in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience performing maintenance within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Demonstrated ability to service and maintain industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery.
