ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs the following: HVAC equipment Electrical panels and protective wiring, including all property lighting Pools and pool equipment Appliances in apartments General plumbing General carpentry Electric motors, controls and auxiliary equipment Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site. Inventory Management and shop maintenance Exceptional Customer Experience Delivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally, as defined in our Company's Engaging Vision of Customer Service. Establish rapport with Residents and provide personalized service.
