Job Overview We are seeking dependable Window and Door Installers to handle residential installations and replacements across the north side of Indy and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced lead installer or looking to build on your existing carpentry and construction skills, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Remove old windows/doors and perform precise installations of new units (vinyl, wood, aluminum, entry, and patio doors). Measure, cut, and fit trim, casing, and aluminum capping/flashing. Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing on every job. Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe job site while providing a professional, friendly experience for homeowners. Qualifications Previous experience in window/door installation, finish carpentry, or general residential construction preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to comfortably lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, quality work. Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator.
